SENATOR SINEMA'S TIME IS UP
WE NEED A SENATOR WHO WILL GET THINGS DONE
Moderates and people who want to work in good faith are much needed in Washington Senator Sinema ran as a common-sense candidate seeking to be independent of partisanship. On paper that sounded great. However, when it came time to put country over ego - Sinema chose ego.
Sinema was absent when it came time to vote on a January 6th Senate Commission. Sinema opted to protect the arcane Senate filibuster rule rather than protect voting rights - something supported by Americans across the political spectrum. Sinema has even rejected modest rule changes.
Sinema has not met with her constituents in over three years and frequently embarrasses the state with her antics. It's time for new representation.
We don't require Sinema to vote down party lines but there is a difference between moderation and obstructionism. Sinema has chosen obstructionism.
That is why 1865 seeks to draft a candidate to primary Sinema in 2024.
It's time to end Senate obstruction.
